Worst landlord EVER! Roof started leaking 4 years ago. No fix. Mold everywhere. No fix. His handyman comes over to fix furnace and tells us this house is falling apart. You should start looking for something else. We left on our own and he tells all our prospective landlords he was about to evict us! Do not rent from this man.

Worst management company EVER they wouldn’t fix the roof and it caved in on us not only once but twice and the second time they didn’t even call us back. Thank God it didn’t fall on top of us while we were asleep. On top of that the ants were horrific. The wouldn’t give us our security deposit back either, and said they needed it to fix the roof which was there doing. They are the worst company I’ve ever delt with in my life.

Takes advantage of the elderly... charges for things that are his responsiblities. Mice infested, ant infested and black mold... had to call environmental safety on him to get it done... worst man ever...

Worst people to deal with. MOLD covered walls and cabinets. Refuses to fix the right way, put a bandaid on all repairs. NO PERMITS.
