Fifteen years ago, Kim helped us find our very first home. She had great leads and ended up finding a home that was perfect for us at that time. Fast forward to present times, when we decided we wanted to find a new home for the next chapter of our lives. She represented us and helped us negotiate the purchase of our new home. Couldn’t have asked for a better real estate agent than Kim! About a year ago I was referred to her by my brother and began looking for places. While I was interested in some options, I wasn’t in a huge rush and was waiting for something I found fit for me. Through 2024, Kim was quick to set up showings whenever I shot her a text. Finally, after setting up 5 showings in December, I closed on a home that she helped me negotiate a lower price than the listing. We recently sold a house through Wirtz Real Estate Group and dealt with Kim Wirtz. I could not be happier with the experience. We contacted Kim roughly 3 weeks ago. Within 2 days, she was already showing the house. I think the first client she worked with placed a cash offer. In that week she showed the house to several other buyers. The next week she issued an email to all involved for a best and final offer. We ended up getting 17K more than what we asked for. Needless to say we are very happy. There was hardly any involvement on our part, Kim did all the work. We closed today 10/16/24. I highly recommend Wirtz Real Estate Group.
