I used Kettle & Oak for my duplex in Chicago. Admittedly, I was a little wary since they were a remote management company, though they did have local boots and resources. This turned out to be the best decision I've made. Kettle & Oak were extremely professional, communicative, and honestly very good on the fees. My property in Chicago scared me, but Kettle & Oak did not. I will use them again for my next property in Chicago.

This was by far the best experience with the rental process. Kettle & Oak is very professional. The owner is(was?) an experienced investor, so him and his team know the ins and outs of what investors deal with and what they are looking for.

It doesn’t matter if you only have a SFH or a large Multifamily building, they will take care of you. The team is very reachable and will address your questions and/or concerns in a timely fashion. Overall, they go above and beyond and are great to work with. Highly recommended to anyone/everyone!
