We were referred to an agent by Zillow who worked almost solely on weekdays in a market that lists on Thursday night, and closes on Monday.

The advertisements say as many houses as it takes but the agent would frequently check her watch and say that we were taking money away from her because it cost her a 150.00 each time we looked at a house that was outside her available times.

Working with Keller Williams was like working with two sellers agents, they failed in negotiations and misrepresented items as being covered by a warranty that were not, the cost of replacing a specialized roof that to have it historically accurate would cost 1/3 more of what we paid for the house.

On the day of closing massive, additional leaks were found for the house and we were told by the agent that if we did not complete the closing of the house within the hour we would be facing significant lawsuits.

I would not recommend this company, or specifically this particular franchise.
