Jorel was very personable and knowledgeable from the minute we met him. He spent some quality time meeting with us and understanding our needs with selling our late sister's house. While we had many options to choose from, he was the clear choice to sell the house. I live in Texas yet he was easy to get ahold of during the process. He got us a list offer in just 2 weeks. The close was flawless! We came back to the house to clear it out after the estate sale and he was able to connect us with manual labor to help us clear out the house. He also connected us with a cleaning service to make sure we left the house in good condition for the new homeowner. Looking back at our initial meeting, he never overpromised and definitely delivered. We would highly recommend using him for your real estate needs!!!!

Jorel is fantastic to work with! We really trusted Jorel with purchasing a house and relying on his guidance and advice constantly. Jorel and his team are second to none. From the first day we talked until we signed our papers for both the sale of our house and the purchase of a new one, the process was awesome! With Jorel’s knowledge of the market in the area and his expertise in marketing our home, we were able to get a great offer in less than 72 hours. Jorel also made the negotiating process a breeze. Mine and my husband’s experience with Jorel Kilcullen and his team started in April 2018, we were tossing around the idea of getting a new home, we were out growing our 2 bedroom 1 bath “starter”. I logged onto Zillow and found a total fixer upper we thought we could handle. I emailed jorel immediately,he was the 3rd name on the suggested agents list, but he also looked the most personable and wasn’t just trying to “make a sale”. Jorel met with us that Saturday, showed us a terribly photographed home and told us “call me in a year when you guys have some money saved up, and really think about tackling such a big project”.
We were startled by the honest advice, but we took it. We worked hard, kept in contact with Jorel, saw him and his wife on the weekends sometimes and by April 2019 we told him we were ready to dig deep and look.
A few wrenches got thrown into our plans, we had to move up our wedding due to a family emergency, so once we were married (July 2019) we sat Jorel down and gave him everything we were looking for. Within 2 months, our starter home was under contract and we were also under contract on our home we purchased October 2019.
Day or night, Jorel was available to answer all of our questions and explained everything for us. When it came to closing day, my husband was unable to attend due to work scheduling, so Jorel had his wife Lauren accompany my mother and I until he was done with another meeting that morning. Jorel and Lauren took my mother and I out to a great breakfast to celebrate.
I cannot express enough how great Jorel and his team were, are and continue to be. He is currently working with my Grandmother to help sell my Great Grandmothers home, it was under contract before it was even on the market.
I will forever send people to Jorel if they are looking for a hard working, driven, honest and fair realtor.
I am glad to say Jorel is not only our Realtor, but a friend as well.

It was an absolute pleasure to have Jorel Kilcullen represent me and my wife as our realtor. After roughly a year of looking for a home and having a multitude of different realtors, we had the pleasure of meeting Jorel. Jorel worked with us for over a year to find the right home that met our budget and exceeded my and my wife’s expectations. Jorel took the time to get to know us and our growing family’s needs. Once we found our home, Jorel took a strong and proactive approach to listing our condo to sell it fast in a slow realty market so we would not lose our dream home. Through Jorel’s recommendations we were able to find all the contacts we needed for the buying and selling process (attorneys, inspectors, etc.). Jorel was even able to recommend what internet company to use in town as we were moving from out of town. I personally work in the financial industry and interact with dozens of realtors on a daily basis and I can personally say that if the opportunity arises that I would recommend Jorel to any of my clientele.
