I lived at one of their properties for a couple years and it was a good experience. No major issues with the apartment and the couple minor issues I raised were addressed. Most tenants are quiet and the grounds are maintained well. Oscar is also reasonable and flexible to work with; I couldn't come to town to look at the unit before hand and he did a video walk-through with me instead. The price for the apartment was also good considering the size and the fact that it's large dog friendly, which is not common in the area.

this is a very clean and well kept up apartment building. I’ve never had anything Aside from typical bugs inside my home. When I first came here to view the apartment, I was going through a divorce and im single mom. My car was filled with all my things and Oscar was very kind to get me in ASAP which I will forever be grateful for. Maintenance request are done in a timely manner and are if not always, a majority of the time followed up with. Sycamore in itself is a very safe and good area. Where this apartment is located is off to the side of everything. Very kid friendly (no parks, but lots of grass for kids to play). There is coin laundry in all the buildings(I lived above the stores). It is always kept up and clean. I know people through my complex, however the people I do not know are very kind and friendly.
Overall this is a very quiet and clean area to live. I would recommend this property to anyone I know based on my experience.

It is a very peaceful, quiet place to live. Enjoy the walks on the property with my dog. My apartment is nice and cozy. Any time I reach out to Oscar he always responds to me. It's a great place to live.

THIS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT IS A JOKE. There was TWO squirrels that came inside my unit on 1436 pioneer road apartments. DISGUSTING. The property management only put a cardboard on the holes where the squirrels came out of and they're both still ALIVE and someone is now renting the place after I successfully moved out of it LOL.
Good luck with this greedy scammer of a management. The apartment is old and raggedy and they don't even fix up the buildings. It's a reason why these apartments is very low and Cheap rent prices. Look somewhere else that's better and nicer. This management is a JOKE. I'm very lucky to afford somewhere nicer and better than this garbage dump. The management makes threats if you don't let the maintenance in your apartment without notice. Several times the maintenance men tried walking themselves in the unit without my consent. It gets so cold in the units you minds well sleep outside. There's cold air coming through the cracks of the windows and the cracks of the air conditioning. The property manager charges excessive fees that's not even on the signed paper lease.

My family lived in the Sycamore property for approximately four years. The local family who owned the property before Interspace was amazing, but were bought out around two years into our time there. It was all down hill from there. After raising our rent without adequate notice, we began experiencing many issues. The worst of which was Oscar, the property manager, who was awful to work with. He was rude when asked why he was ignoring work requests for urgent repairs and laughed at me when I was upset about the lack of care. It is very disheartening to see a good place be ran so poorly while increasing the rent to ridiculous levels. I strongly encourage anyone searching to look anywhere else when searching for a place to stay.

We had to call Oscar for the water heater, it was Friday evening. We didn't expect to see him until Monday morning. On Saturday morning he showed up and had a lovely helper with him. We would have not expected him on the weekend but he who he is of course there he was. It took a while to fix, it was not a simple fix. I could hear them talking and answering so many questions for his helper. Oscar is really a patient and kind teacher. They finally were able to get the water heater fixed. And in that time when I could hear him telling his helper what he was doing and why. I was more and MORE IMPRESSED. Oscar is not only a great employee, dependable and gifted. But also and most importantly a wonderful father and example to his children. THANK YOU OSCAR!!!

Oscar and co helped get our heat running today. They were at work from 8am - 7pm! Greatly appreciated it with it being so cold recently. Always does a good job of fixing things quick!
