I've shared my opinion with their surveys. I've complained to the apartment manager. I've written reviews about what people can expect with Park 88 apartments in Thornton CO. Being approved for a monthly rent of $1747, and then being charged $1989,is awful and dishonest. This company uses integrity in their slogan, however integrity apparently is the one most lacking thing this company has to offer. Being charged an extra $150+ is setting people up for failure. Maybe that's their goal? Be careful when you sign a lease with the thieves that know how to take advantage of people. The whole experience of living at the Park 88 apartments has been disappointing. Bait and switch. That's what this is. Bait you with one price,then slap on a list of fees adding ,up to most people's failed lease agreement . Don't over water your property and expect the tenants to pay for your wasteful actions. Shameful actions are abundant with this company. Harassment from the security company they hire never slows down. This will definitely be the last lease I sign with Inland.

This company is the worst when managing their properties. They charge a high price for rent and don't take care of the property or the amenities. They need to find better management that run the offices as they are rude. Especially when asking for simple tasks like sending an email confirming that they will not tow your vehicle. I will be talking to the BBB about their property in Lakewood Colorado unless they get back to me with a resolution.

We received notification today, in order to conserve cash, all payment to owners would be suspended. I am imagine that is the right path. I must have missed the part where the executive and Board were going to have their compensation reduced in order to conserve cash. Maybe they were too bashful in their communication to lay that part of the plan out,

Was not told I couldn't sell my shares unless they allowed it.
The lady that assisted me getting my tax form was very helpful, though.

This place is so rude liars they charge you$380 when there is two things in there my son was paying $320 they charging him $60 more that is ridiculous
