Horrible experience! They knew we couldn't come 3 States away to look at house. Realtor and Seller lied to us. Disclosure was nothing like the house so many repairs to be made. The owner has zero professionalism she didn't even want to hear my story. We never got a final walkthrough but was asked to sign the paper! I wouldn't recommend this place to a enemy. Stay away they will cost you money. Now we have to go to court for something that should of been addressed. Paid cash for my home only to get taken. Hopefully the judge will see what type of people they really are!

To Miss/Mrs. Sarah Rakers. I’m aware that you were attempting to purchase gift cards the other day to congratulate someone on a pending purchase, possibly my brothers property. Nevertheless, For someone in such a professional atmosphere and definitely relying upon what you sell, that being the homes you decide to sign and list, I’d expect much more professionalism and respect to those around you when out in public, as one day they could be your future clients. I’d like for it to be know that during our remodeling of the Pilot Travel Center she had the nerve to yell out in the store as though she were more important than all, saying that I should have prioritized her gift cards instead of other guests while she came unprepared for her transaction, she slammed her $110 dollars on the counter and said “Come on, Man! Are you serious?” Meanwhile this customer was the only customer in front of her and he had a very small order. I look to her and say “If you can not be patient and wait for me to finish, then I will happily not complete your transaction.” Simply put she stormed out and went elsewhere. Your heels are obnoxious, just like you. I look forward to never working with you in a public setting again.
