The team demonstrated a thorough understanding of the local Downtown Brooklyn market and employed highly effective strategies to optimize the rental value. My previous agent could not rent out my property for 6 months and Peter's team was able to rent out my property in 3 weeks and set the rental record price for the building. The previous tenant did not have the correct description and did not even notice their mistake which hugely hindered the marketability of my property. Not recommended. This is a Chinese run agency that has standards out of line with any other brokerage firm I have ever worked with. We tried repeatedly to schedule viewings for seemingly available apartments but the listing agents were unable and unwilling to accommodate our schedules due to their own personal whims. None of the brokers seem to employ junior agents either.
