If you are ever selling your home, you need to avoid Fred Hoff, owner of Hoff Realtors! DO NOT USE HIM. NOT professional, NOT respectful, and has NO empathy, for someone with "supposedly" 30 years in the business. He came through our home that is currently on the market with his clients, and first chose to ignore the polite request to cover shoes or remove them, and then second left our house unlocked and doors wide open! Dirty foot prints on our just shampood carpets was a fun thing to come home to. And when confronted by our agent about how he left the house, his answer was "Well that is what you have to expect when you open your house to the public". Like we are a bar or something.
