I rented 104 Pierce blvd in ofallon il. I had a 12 month lease. 8-1/2 months in a bought a house and notified them that I was all moved out and they could inspect and start looking for a new renter ( per the lease they “say” they will do their best to find a new renter asap) 3-1/2 weeks go by I hear nothing from them , drive by the house no for rent sign nothing on their website that it’s available. I contact them assuming they had a new renter. They tell me the owner is doing something to the house holding them up from re renting it. Finally they list it on Zillow. I have screenshots shots of 170 people contacted them inquiring about it. Fast forward 3 months , they send me a bill for the 3 months rent and say they’re turning me into collections because I refuse to pay them. They made 0 effort to find a new renter. Plus the place was dirty when I moved in but they expect spotless when you move out

Matt is the best maintenance man. There were a lot of issues with the bathroom. The landlord has been fixing repairs himself along with a friend of his that fixes air conditioners. The landlord takes a long time to come fix things then what was "fixed" is right back like it was not long after. He also tries to get me to spend my own money on repairs. Matt made it clear he works for H3 and not the landlord. He noticed the issues and didn't mind fixing them. The toilet didn't complete a flush often, the sink didn't drain, and the shower head wasnt spraying properly. I wasn't aware of the mold but Matt pointed it out and got rid of it. Everything in my bathroom is working properly now. Matt Hediger represents H3's maintenance department well.

I had the furnace making a ticking noise,sounded like blower motor. I called H3 on Wednesdwy afternoon and they sent someone out Thursday morning. While the guy was there it didn't make that noise so he did a little cleaning on it and checked for carbon monoxide and the vent. I have had to call H3 a couple times for repairs. They are fast about getting someone out to repair. The people I have dealt with are very nice,prompt, and professional. They do a great job.
