I had to make an urgent request to repair a toilet in my home. From the time of placing the order to their arrival was quick, they absolutely knew what they were doing and also friendly to me and my two fur critters. They also called upon their arrival. I really appreciate the work that they do and how efficient and effective the whole process has been.

$2,160 for a run down (2) bedroom apartment. Here is where it all went bad... I went in to opt out of my garage rental which is separate from my lease. I was told by the newest manager Nicole (they continually swap managers out every 90 days) that separate agreements don't exist and that there is nothing she can or will do for me. I brought her a copy of the DocuSign agreement and she said she would check it's validity. I also pointed out that the agreement says $100 for the garage but they charge me $150 each month. I've emailed her every day since with no response and stopped by the office again. She told me that she was too busy to get me any paperwork that confirms my opt out. Today they retaliated by penalizing me with a $250 dog poop penalty. I pick up every dog poop that my lil buddy makes. Quite honestly I feel like I'm one of the only people here that picks up every poop because this place has more poop than it has grass. I feel lied to in the fact that they don't want to stand behind the written agreements they make and then when you call them out they attempt to penalize you. I would not live here or any other Timberland Partners property. When they want profit margins to go up they will simply assign an additional fee to your rent which you are stuck paying or force eviction.

My family and I have been residents since September 2022 and love living here. Our property management and maintenance crew make living here worthwhile. They are very attentive to our needs and there is a quick turn-around on maintenance requests! It's peaceful, well-kept and affordable! Jessie and Tanya are truly remarkable.

They made the application process smooth, reassuring, and were extremely helpful. Both of them went above and beyond for me throughout the entirety of moving in and continue to go above and beyond each week with anything I may need. Moving from out of state, Jessie made the welcome extremely warm, as she is a local resident.sharing fun places to check out and what developments have been recently made.
I can't stress enough how much their kindness has meant to me as a renter. Prior to move in, they allowed me to ship larger items and the girls made sure the delivery drivers delivered it right to my door (3rd floor unit). They girls even made sure to put my items inside the apartment.
Another example of them going above and beyond would be on my move in day. They made sure the apartment was cleaned and all ready to go for my move in appointment.
Jessie also helped me move some items in while her and I were doing our "walkthrough ". The front office staff keeps me included in activities the community hosts and does a wonderful job keeping Greenmount as beautiful as it is. The front office team sure do know their residents and truly are one of a kind. Thank you Jessie and Tanya for everything you have done for me! I can't recommend this community enough. The property is kept so clean and the neighbors are friendly and considerate. I love calling Greenmount Home!

We attended a party at Green Mount Lakes and the facilities were great! You can tell this property is kept clean and the staff is amazing. It is also kid friendly. If I didn’t own a home this is where I would live.

Daryl on the maintenance team is awesome! Two weeks ago, I had a AC drainage issues where it flooded the floor. He came in and changed this janky garden hose drain with actual PVC drainage pipes. Tonight, he came by for another AC issue and got it fixed! He was quick with updates and made sure I was aware of what was going on!

The property is nice and well maintained. However, they accomplish this by having mowers starting work as early as 7am, and this happens OFTEN. Multiple times a week sometimes. And there’s many more examples of loud work happening in the morning. Lately there’s been workers replacing gutters and all of the siding on all buildings. Today is Saturday, and at 8am, while I’m trying to sleep, a worker is 1 foot away from me (other side of the wall) hacking away at the siding, for replacement. I love the well-kept property…. But I love my sleep more. I constantly find myself thinking “there’s got to be better times to do this”. - I lose a lot of sleep from living at this complex.
