Been trying to get a pin # to set up direct deposit out of my checking accout,when i signed the lease 2weeks i was a code would be emailed to,left 3 messages with sales office,no response,here it is the 1st of the month with no resolutio, went to the office yesterday, i had to tape a envelope on with check inside on office door,its probably still there,watch,they will try to send me a late fee,no information in lease where to mail it, very poor communication

It's all about the money and not the residents. They recieve government subsidies to house low income seniors all the while raising the seniors rent. If your loved one, heaven forbid, dies there, they will force you out within days and threaten you with day by day rent fees. They want to rent the place as fast as possible to get their money coming in again. It's not about you're loved ones!
