Gina Shad is not just a great realtor. She is the realtor. She helped create the narrative on our home on W. Cook Ave in Libertyville. She walked along side of us each step of the way. From helping us price the home, staging it, creating amazing photos and then most importantly, using her network to line up 10 showings in three days. We received multiple offers for our home and it sold in one weekend for more than we could have ever wished. This is all because of working with Gina. Gina also had us work with Ryan in her office to list unwanted pieces of furniture on their company Facebook Marketplace page.
