Sarah and Justin helped me find and buy a home in the summer of 2024. Everything about the experience was easy and perfect. I had worked with other realtors in the past, and Sarah and Justin really went above and beyond.

I was doing home visits from out of state, and they made it easy to visit multiple homes in one day throughout the region. Additionally, their knowledge of the local market was huge--the house I ended up buying was listed right as we were getting ready to do property visits, and they were able to recommend it (based on my anticipated preferences) and schedule a visit last-minute. Sarah and Justin also able to provide detailed advice on quality of the houses we visited, pro/cons for the neighborhood/area, and other metric specific to my needs.

They also seamlessly walked me through every step of making the offer and closing. Furthermore, they stayed in touch after closing, and recommended several great local contractors and services (e.g., fence installation, electrician, cleaners).

Overall it was a wonderful experience, and I would strongly recommend their services to anyone in the market for a new home. 6+ months into my purchase, I could not be happier with it.
