Closing on an apartment is not easy, so you better have a good team on your side. FirstService Residential Manhattan has the highest standards and you need energy to submit your credentials. We submitted our renovation plan over 10 business days ago and have fully complied with all requirements and follow-up questions from the engineering department. Despite this, we have yet to receive final approval or even a clear update.

This ongoing delay is seriously impacting our construction timeline and business operations. With material costs rising due to upcoming tariffs, the urgency of this matter cannot be overstated. If we do not receive a resolution soon, we will be left with no choice but to escalate this issue to the appropriate department at the New York State level. We strongly urge the company to address this matter promptly and improve the efficiency of their review process.

Our property is at 12 E 13th Street (unit 8).
