I have had a very frustrating experience with this property management company, particularly with Hadi, the owner. Despite their responsibility to manage my rental property and collect rents from my tenants, they have failed to pay me for several months. My statements clearly show they owe me substantial amounts, yet they have ignored my repeated inquiries and requests for payment.

This lack of communication and failure to fulfill their financial obligations is completely unacceptable. As a property owner, I trusted them to manage my investment responsibly, but they have proven unreliable and unprofessional.

I strongly advise anyone considering their services to think twice. Transparency and accountability are crucial in property management, and unfortunately, this company has failed on both fronts.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would! My fiancé and myself placed an application for a property. We met all requirements except 1 . And when I asked if a co-signer was needed the lady who refused to give me her name didn’t answer my question than I asked if she could direct me to someone else because I was having a hard time understanding her she hung up on me. When I called back she answered and I asked to speak to a manager or supervisor so did not direct my call she place me on hold numerous times and continued to act as if she was someone else. Completely trash !

"LANDLORDS BEWARE"
This company DO NOT check tenants information correctly. When verifying tenants information such as proof of income, paystub and calling employer that are actually from Human Resource they LACK THE KNOWLEDGE. This tenant they said was verified is now in my home and it's only been 30 days and he don't have the jobs he presented to this company. They only care about getting the first months rent.

Am currently renting and put in repair requests and they come to evaluate and never come back to actually fix problem. Then they tell owner of building that they completed the work. Seems they are taking advantage of building owners.

I am a very experienced realtor and property manager, but times have absolutely changed, we are living in a time of deception.

I hired Fairview Realty to process my credit and background checks for a property that I was renting. Once I received the credit reports, I did the income and job verification screening. Yikes things have changed!!!! Verification after verification came back containing false information that I had to weed through, which truly ate up my time.

Exhausted, I warn you, “Don’t try this at home!” I managed to succeed through the chaos, but my advice to you is to turn the entire screening process over to the Fairview Realty Team. Free yourself and use the experts. Helen was my personal representative, she was very knowledgeble and provided me expert advice and service throughout the process.

Helen was very helpful in explaining the credit report to me that I had for a perspective new tenant. She was exceptional and I won't hesitate to use Fairview again

If I could give this place a negative I would!
These are the most unprofessional, unpleasant, and organized ppl I’ve ever dealt with. It started with them issuing and demanding a bill to be paid for waste removal services accumulated before we took over leasing the property and it has been downhill ever since . We have had countless ignored and cancelled maintenance request . And now our second bathroom toilet has been broken for 15 days and they are giving us the run around about replacing it. But have the nerve to send rent reminders prior to the first! Every time u call you get a different person claiming that they are overseas when we know damn well they are sitting in that raggedy office on Cicero.
This has truly been a renters nightmare!
