The manager of Evans Real Estate Investments, Karina is a fantastic person; who was very accommodating and very helpful to all our needs to find housing. She was also meticulous with the details my family needed, such as the window direction, straight ceilings, door positions, and other superstitious concerns which my family puts special attention to (certainly gave her a headache). No words can entirely express how grateful I am for all her services throughout the years. Aside from this, the place is very well kept and clean. Karina will certainly entertain and answer all your questions about the housing market in New York. I cannot think of a better person to help me navigate through all the challenges living in this city.
