Lived in a condo managed by this firm for two years. Maintenance really suffered due to poor management. Basketball gym AC was broken for over a year. Unit balcony would stick open; management was unwilling to fix it, so the balcony just had to be avoided. Hot mess. Communication with Douglas Elliman was very poor, both with our super and when I tried to reach out to the firm for help. Would not live in one of their buildings again.
