Absolutely awful! Zero stars! Our purchase should have been easy yet the realtor Brian Johnson could not tell the truth if his life depended on it. When we brought the situation up with Dave Thompson the owner he acted like this was the way they usually do business. This office does not want to work, they are incredibly lazy and will not represent you to get you the best deal. They cut corners and do not follow proper procedures so the buyer does not have a paper trail. We wanted to counter and despite telling us the seller was impossible to get in touch with, he claims he did a verbal counter and called us back in minutes. He had the nerve to tell us they turned down the counter and he already was not making very much. Do not do business with this company selling or purchasing a home is to important to deal with lazy, liars!
