Extremely Poor Property Management – Lack of Communication & Maintenance

I have had an extremely frustrating experience with Chris Cucci Realty as a property management company. Maintenance requests are ignored for extended periods, communication is inconsistent, and the overall management of the property has been unprofessional.

Serious issues such as structural neglect, pest infestations, and general property deterioration have gone unaddressed, impacting both the quality of life for residents and property values. Attempts to get clear answers regarding financial matters and HOA responsibilities have been met with delays or no response at all.

Residents deserve responsible and transparent property management, but unfortunately, this has not been my experience. I strongly urge potential renters and property owners to proceed with caution and do thorough research before working with this company.

I hope to see improvements, but at this time, I cannot recommend Chris Cucci Realty for property management.
