Untrustworthy, sneaky real-estate firm top-down. If you are promised something, make sure to get it on writing. If not, they will deny it by calling you names. Also know that their realtors are recording you without your consent in State of IL. They will also tell you any lies to make sure a sale goes through. Eager to see an answer from them here and also willing to pay for a Polygraph Test where the reports are agreed to made public... So many lies....

Julie and the property management team there is the ABSOLUTE WORST! They are very unprofessional and don't care about their residence. There are plenty of better places to live. If you so happen to live in 5789 Brett Michael ln. Watch out. The residence there will complain about every little noise and Julie will only send you emails about the complaints but won't try to help you. PLEASE BE AWARE...
