Christine is the most amazing, honest, and attentive realtor we've ever worked with. We purchased our second home with Coleman Realty this past November, I wanted to leave a review sooner but moving before the holidays is just putting out fire after fire.

Christine sold our last home for us and I trusted her judgement with the buyers. Mainly because she didn't sugar coat, but rather presented all facts and allowed us to make an informative decision. We had gotten multiple offers that unfortunately fell through by no fault of our own, and Christine was there immediately in a super hero pose with the cape waving in the background (that didn't happen but it definitely felt that way.) Ultimately we found the perfect buyers who were a joy to work with.

Onto the home buying process........

with the market as competitive as it was, we bothered Christine at all times of the day and night. Emphasis on night and she still answered when we were frantic about seeing a house immediately, and still had the patience of a saint. all together we saw more houses than I can actually remember at this point, but it was a lot. We looked at some amazing homes which we fought as hard as we could (maybe not always taking Christine's advice) and losing the bids. When we did find the perfect home, Christine worked her magic, and I do mean magic - it involved asking for a dog and some shelves along with moving into the house as soon as possible.

unfortunately we didn't get the dog or the shelves, but the time frame we were hoping for had happened with out a hitch.

in conclusion, if you chose to work with some one other than the Coleman Land Co you're throwing your money and time out of a literal window. Not only will you have the most professional team on your side, you'll have the only team who values your time more than you.

Thank you for everything you've done for Amanda & I, I know we don't plan on selling this home anytime soon, but when it does come time, we want no one else. I hope you keep in touch and we will always have a place for you in our home.

My experience renting from them was horrific to say the least. I'm sure they saw me as a "problem child" but every time I called I had a good reason. I settled on an apartment last year they luckily let me out of my lease early after numerous complaints. The upstairs neighbor had a drum set and played all hours of the night shook pictures off the wall would wake up me up at all hours of the night etc. I also had a total of 8 sinus infections 3 bouts of bronchitis while I lived there...I have never been so sick in my ENTIRE life I took it upon myself to do 3 mold tests all coming back positive when I contacted them letting them know about the situation they recommended I get an air purifier which I bought myself and still was sick after months of trying it. When they let me out of my lease it took them 2 months to give me back my deposit which they kept $100 for "carpet cleaning" when I cleaned that place and left it in better condition then it was upon my arrival.
