Cheryl Black is one of the slimiest realtors I’ve ever worked with representing a buyer for one of our properties we sold. Her negotiation tactics were completely unprofessional and dirty. Do not recommend ever working with her if you are given the choice. Awful experience from start to finish.

The only positive part of our experience is that it is now over.

This company is absolutely ridiculous. After days of trying to get ahold of them regarding a rental listing, we managed to get details regarding a look through. We took off work early only to arrive to no one being there. We called the company and were informed someone was on the way; however, nobody ever showed up. We sat outside for an hour but nobody ever showed. Treating people like this is such a disgrace and people need to know before they decide to work with them. They are useless and their ad is a scam!
