I was shocked to find out that the City of Lincoln is in such debt...this little town with bad sewers in need of repair is going to cost the city of Lincoln Millions and the tax payers are going to have to pay for it...but I am going to suggest an audit of the city finances to see where cuts can come in to save us money for the repairs...we will have to pay for this for 30 years. I'm really upset about this because of the people on fixed incomes cannot afford this kind of hike in payments. Many more issues are a problem but we have to take care of 1 at a time.
