If you are looking into listing your house then Ryan is your guy. I was amazed at how involved he was in the process, negotiating for us, answering questions along the way, and providing the MLS listing so quickly. Ryan offers the majority, if not all, of the same services you would receive from a standard listing agent at a flat rate far below what 3% would equate to. We had looked into the larger flat fee listing sites which cost significantly more and I can't help but think would not have had as much assistance as Ryan provided. I am beyond happy we found Circle One Realty as our home sold for full price, cash, within 2 days of being on the market, savings us thousands on a realtor. He was always available within minutes of text/call.

My son suggested that I should use circle one realty when it came time to put my house up for sale. At first I did have some concerns about using a realtor that did not actually come out to my house.. someone I could work with face to face.
