Chismarick Realty is hands down the best realtor you will find in this area. Patrick was so knowledgeable, so thorough, and you could tell he was born into this business. He considers your needs and your goals and helps you accomplish them. We were having a hard time in the Streator market to sell our home and Patrick got it done in 1 week. He took control of all aspects of the sale but included us in the process every step of the way incase there were questions or concerns. Unfortunately one star is a bad choice for this Realtor and I will elaborate by saying that unethical practices and lack of integrity equal no star.
The representation this office puts out is what the Illinois Realtors Association fights against. Practices such as bait and switch.
Perhaps some real estate offices in central and downstate think they can do and not be caught but it's reflected in character which Chismarick lacks.
Haven't seen such a poor representation of ethics in awhile as with Chismarick. A definite bad decision and practice and they eventually will be revealed.
