I needed to have a structural inspection of my manufactured home. I recently discovered siding buckling outside in several places and cracks in the walls, window and slider door framing separating. I am responsible for my home including underneath the home to the foundation. The yard and land under the foundation slab is the responsibility of the Community I live in. The Carlile Group was great in helping me through this process. Melissa asked many questions to make sure I would have the appropriate inspection performed. And explained that after the inspection was completed, a report of the findings and recommendations would be issued. Kyle performed the inspection, including taking many photos. He spent time with me going over the issues I was having, explained what he would be looking at and why, and answered my many questions. When he completed the inspection, he explained a few things that I was most concerned about. He stated the report would be ready in approximately seven (7) days. After reading through the report I did have more questions which Melissa and Kyle answered; and to call if I had any other questions.
I found the fee for services rendered to be reasonable; an investment in maintaining my home. I highly recommend the Carlile Group.

His company missed major termite damage when they did my home inspection. The owner came and looked at it again once I got possession of the home and complained. He admitted they missed stuff but said since I signed his agreement all they were required to do was give me my $350 back. He even said he has been taken to court before but has never lost. The damage was going to cost so much to repair that I ended up having to demolish it and build a new house. I will never do business with him and would never recommend him.

Inspection of my house was terrible even my woman noticed more stuff that their inspector, which by the way didn't even inspect the HVAC....i recommend to avoid them for potential financial problems with your repairs.
