My husband and I were looking for a rental in the Chicago area and came across Jayne's information. She put us in touch with a landlord in St. Charles, helped us sign the contract and we lived there without any issues. However, we started renting in the summer of 2017 and STILL have yet to receive our damage deposit back. The landlord is continuously dodging our requests, while Jayne has yet to respond to my messages. We have $1700 that is owed to us, yet a realtor at the Berkshire Hathaway office, that is the reason we stayed in this house, has not helped us get the deposit back.

I had Jennifer Stubler she was awesome especially for me being a forst time home buyer.It has been a struggle getting a house with how the market is but she stuck it out with me and found a home she also help me the whole way....and most of all we had a family emergency a week before we closed and she went above a beyond for us did things she didn't have to do....thanks again for everything I highly recommend her for anyone.....
