Bernadette and Natalie are great but Chris and Joe not so much
They are dismissive disrespectful downplaying poor representations for your company
The lack of communication and their dismissive behavior makes you regret ever building with them
They need to be educated on customer service
The excuses for their behavior was they are busy
Beechen and Dill you may want to rethink who you have out in your field representing your company
