The house was extremely infested with roaches. I’m talking about waking up to them crawling on you and finding dead ones all over the place. Hornets would also find their way into the house all the time. They did nothing about it but would constantly call anytime the grass was “a little too long” when it was July and I was 7 months pregnant.

Do not rent from this company! They try anything they can to take as much money as possible from you. I have lived in 2 of their properties and both of them had roaches. Both properties were well overpriced for the condition of the home. You will not get your security deposit back and they try to charge you for things that are not included in your lease. I fought them on these issues through better business bureau and nothing was resolved.

I rented a home from Bail-Co properties for three years. I was impressed with Bail-Co as I was always treated well and Bail-Co ensured any property issues were promptly addressed once notified. Both Brian and Brenda are professionals with respect to their jobs. I personally got all my security deposit back except for the cost of carpet cleaning. I read reviews about security deposits not being returned. I was honestly concerned. I simply cleaned the house after moving out to the way it was when I moved in. I also followed the lease. I had no issue with respect to the Security Deposit $. I liked the lease personally as everything was well outlined explaining the expectations from each party.

Do not try to rent from them They charge you 50.00 per person for an application fee. They tell you before you apply that their would be no problem getting you into a place. So guess what you pay their outrageous fee for a so as they call it a background check. Well guess what not approved. Then they refuse to show you the credit report. They do this so they can get as much money as they can. What a rip off.

Ive been renting through Bail-co for about a year and I love it! Any maintenance request that I've had was acted on and solved quickly every time. Property managers and maintenance personnel both are always friendly, helpful and respectful of both you and the homes.

I have lived in 2 different locations managed by Bail Co/Richlin Properties and I have had the best experience I have ever had in renting from any management company. I intend to be with them for many years to come. The management office has gone beyond the call of duty to make sure I was happy and taken care of. I have never had any previous management company treat me with such kindness. Without any hesitation I would highly recommend them to my good friends and people I meet. I've rented 2 different properties from this leasing management company for the past 3 years. They are by far the best company I've ever rented from. You get alot of bang for your buck, and maintenance issues are resolved quickly. Linda, Brian, and Brenda are very personable, but not nosey. The only time you really hear from them is if their is a serious issue. A breath of fresh air from other companies I have rented from in the past, because of the several surprise visits. I fully recommend renting from them.

Bail-Co is a very safe, affordable place to live. I move there like 8 months ago and couldnt be happier. The location is downtown and is within walking distance to local bars and restaurant and local stores. If you have any problems they will fix it right away. The landlords make sure that the tenants is happy at where they are. I recommend this company to anyone.
