They are quick answer address requests and maintenance issues. They have professional staff working for them. For example, I was able to have the pleasure of working with Brett and he was the sweetest person I ever met. He helped me throughout the entire process of applying and was able to answer all my questions. I also am impressed with the actual landlord/owner himself John, who actually takes initiative and cares about the comfort of his tenants. The complex is clean and well maintained, though they could get better washer and dryers, but they get a A++ for overall experience, safety, and professionalism.

Omg!!!! I love ❤️ everything about Shiloh Commons( is why I’ve moved and lived here now for the 3rd time) within the last 20 years! I Iove everything from the Management Staff; Friendliness of the environment, not to mention the cleanliness and quiet atmosphere! And I just love 💕 Brett lol 😂 He makes my day with his happy 😃 and Attentive attitude!!! And I love 💕 their Holidays Feast they throw for their ( us) tenants during the Celebrated Seasons and Hoildays!

The staff at ACO were friendly and fast! When I was living out in Lebanon, IL my A/C went out, they were able to have someone come out at 11:00 pm on a Saturday night and get us squared away! My old landlord probably wouldn’t have answered his phone at that hour! It may seem like a small task to some but it was important to my family, thanks!
