Great place to rent office space . The staff are incredible . Building is immaculate . Prices cant be beat . They have a gym, cafeteria and after hours grab and go meals. I have found a home for my therapy practice. The building is on the lake- it’s nice to unwind at the end of the day . Dr.Ladin

I started renting an individual office in one of their buildings in 2022 and have had a GREAT experience. They have a good selection of office types (large, small, exterior / interior facing) and internet service is fabulous. The best part is the fabulous team they have managing the properties though.....very responsive, and engaged and always pleasant to work with. The maintenance crew also does a fabulous job (I've had them help with installing whiteboards, shelving, etc) as does the cleaning staff. Very happy with this choice!

I have used this office for about two years, and it has been very comfortable and pleasant. The temperature and humidity are well-maintained, and the cleanliness is excellent due to regular cleaning. I’m coming up on my 1 yr anniversary of transitioning my practice to my own independent firm. There have been many people I need to thank for the success of my transition and I would be remiss if I did not mention Nick, Christina and the entire staff at Van Vlissingen. The space provided is exactly what I needed. The building is meticulously maintained and has many amenities: conference room, gym, cafe and a beautiful outdoor space overlooking a pond (peaceful and comfortable space to step out of the office for a few minutes to decompress). Nick and Christina helped to make sure the office space was built out to meet my needs. They recommended vendors for furnishings/signage, coordinated all deliveries, and even helped me with designing the office space. Nick was awesome finding us a commercial spot to lease. He was extremely patient and thorough when it came to finding the right location for us. Nick, our agent, showed us multiple locations within the Lake County area and specifically Mundelein. Nick explained in detail the leasing process, what to expect from offers/counter offers and was kind enough to connect us with a lawyer they normally use when it came to reviewing the lease agreement.
