I cannot say enough positive things about Isaac and the full team he put together to support my move. Highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy/sell in the New York area. When I first met with Isaac to discuss moving from Park Slope back into Manhattan, I was only exploring options. Isaac took control from there to list my home, to include getting my home published in several local real-estate sites, and connected me with a full team, including lawyer, to sheppard me through the process end-to-end. Did I mention selling and buying into Co-Ops. He more than met all my expectations. He knows the industry, he knows how to negotiate between parties, and he's just all around a great guy to work with. Happily back in Flatiron (did I share he also locked in my movers!).

Isaac is an incredibly attentive and helpful agent. I met him when I went to see an apartment he was the listing agent for and he gave me very frank and realistic advice about the application process which not many agents do. Because of that, I started working with him on my apartment search and despite the process taking over 2 months, he was present and available throughout the entire thing and helped me SOOOOO MUCH in gathering all my application materials to make sure I had the best chance of getting the right place once we found it and that's exactly what happened.
