Josh Gordon made my apartment search in Manhattan so much easier than I expected. He was professional, responsive, and really took the time to understand what I was looking for. I appreciated that he didn’t waste my time with places that didn’t fit and was honest about what to expect in the current market. The whole process felt straightforward and low-stress, which is not always the case when renting in NYC. I’d definitely recommend working with Josh if you’re looking for a place in the city.

Max was so amazing. I needed to find a new apartment ASAP and he hit the ground running immediately. He gave me several options and had me touring many places within 24 hours of connecting with him. All the places were within my price range and had all the things I told him were non negotiable (doorman, gym, elevator). He didn’t try to upsell me and he was so patient. Also, he was super quick to respond to my (many) questions and always made himself available. Not to mention he is so fun to talk to and very smart!!! everyone should work w max!! Thank you max 🙂

Josh Gordon showed us apartments all over Manhattan and put our needs first every step of the way. On one of the buildings, he had to work with that building’s salesperson who was a complete jerk to him and us, and Josh made sure we were informed to make the best decision. Now 3 months into our lease, we love our apartment, building, and staff. Best broker fee I ever paid!
