Parkway lakeside has been the best complex. I have a group of employees that moved here with me for just 4 months and they have been so accommodating and helpful. Most complexes parking policies are terrible but there is tons of close guest parking and they keep the pool, gym and other areas super clean and convenient. Some tenants are impolite and don’t like younger people but overall it’s been amazing. Would stay here if you’re looking at other complexes in the area.

The ladies in the office have made my living experience here at Parkway Lakeside such a pleasure. They are always eager to help and so courteous. They go out of their way to make sure my packages are always ready for pick up and my maintenance orders are executed in a timely fashion. Also, they ensure the community room is nice and clean whenever I need it. Thank you for being so awesome! 🙂

Maintenance crew is the best. Very professional and they addressed an urgent issue in a timely and efficient manner. I work nights so they rescheduled around my sleep cycle, which allowed me to be present when they entered my apartment to ask some questions in person that I had. Great job.

One of if not the best properties to live in the area. Kudos to the property manager and asst. they are literally the best. Other than the manager and asst. being great the maintenance department is extremely responsive and handle request quickly.
I haven’t had any issues with noise, parking, bad neighbors..etc. I truly enjoyed living at property.

The team at Parkway Lakeside has made our first-time renting experience a great one! Lindsay, Brittany, and Ralph in the front office worked very hard to get us situated and continue to make sure we are happy. Rick and Matt with the Maintenance crew take very good care of the property and are always happy to help us with any work orders we submit. It's a peaceful place to live and we really enjoy the sense of community. Thank you so much to this team for making the transition from owning to renting a smooth one!

I recently had the pleasure of touring Parkway Lakeside, and I must say, it stands out as my absolute favorite among the properties I’ve seen in the O’Fallon/Shiloh area. Vickie, who is in management, provided a tour for both my mother and me, and she truly made the experience exceptional. Vickie is not only professional and knowledgeable, but also incredibly personable and charismatic. Her attentiveness to our inquiries, coupled with her enthusiasm for showcasing the property, made us feel valued and never rushed.

The property itself is nothing short of breathtaking. The lake in the middle of the complex adds a serene and picturesque touch, making it feel like a peaceful retreat. The spacious layouts are modern and thoughtfully designed, giving the impression of entering a home rather than just an apartment. Unique features like double garages, a pet spa, a modern dog park, and the impressive saltwater pool further elevate the living experience. As a pet owner, I particularly appreciated the DOGGY DNA testing policy, which ensures that the grounds remain clean and welcoming.

Parkway Lakeside clearly takes great pride in their property, and it shows in every detail. If I choose to make this my home, I have no doubt that I would feel both safe and thoroughly cared for. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a beautiful, well-maintained place to live.
