It’s wonderful and care free. Management is absolutely marvelous and nice and they works with on issues. Very professional polite staff and maintenance workers. I just moved into one of there properties November 9,2018 I needed my front door repaired and some other small lil fixes they came right out they are nice sweet people they really are about there business and making sure there tenants are good!! Billy the lady at the front desk she listen to what u have to say and relay the messages to the right person I love first alliance they are the best landlords around and Vick the maintenance guy he’s real cool guy funny and does a great job he does all he can to help u he want leave until the job is done and fixed the right way 😉😊☺️

I moved to Fairview Heights Illinois in September of 2007. Despite a poor credit score (I had some financial issues at the time), they took a chance on me and I made sure to pay back the respect by paying on time each month. We had 1 problem where the upstairs bathroom leaked in to our kitchen cabinets. I called about 3-4pm one day and the next day they were there to replace it (around 8:30am). They were excellent landlords and we were very very spoiled on them. Our last 2 landlords have been pitiful.

How can u say we have entry level apartments to help people out but you don’t really help u hurt and hinder me and my husband paid 50 dollars for a application I feel they didn’t run honestly I feel as though they saw our skin color and denied us they never called us regarding our application we literally had to go up there because they don’t answer the phone like why sit in the office but not answer so personally don’t waste your time they want you to have a 575 credit score the apartment we look at was supposedly a 1 bed room but it was giving more of a studio apartment just a waste of time for apartment searching

Love them rented my first bed room apartment from them was with them for a year then I decided I needed a two bed room for my daughter anything that goes wrong they coming love them an I plan on staying with them. For a long time !!

The best landlords in Belleville they come when you need them and they come quick my air went out about 3 pm i called the office to report it less than 45 minutes someone was at my door fixing my ac they care about there tenants and will help you as much as they can
