Matt has been awesome to work with. He is very attentive to his tenants and treats us with respect and care - we're not just a paycheck to him. We have been in his unit for over a year with no intentions of leaving because I don't think we'd find better landlords! Thankful our paths crossed!

Matt and his family are the best landlords I have had since I got to Illinois so understanding professional honest and sweet if you need anything from them about your place they are always there no matter what it is...
