Don’t rent from these people. I went to view a unit and it had dead roaches all over the place. A lot of traffic coming in and out the building from drug dealers. They give you the run around, they do not do any inspections on their apartments I guess that’s why they have pest infestations, they take your first and last months rent with no intention on giving you an apartment. The lady that works there mrs flowinoid has a serious attitude when you try to address issues regarding their property. The head manager jimmy is no where to be found when you need to address situations. You pay your money and they do not have apartments available because they lie and say they are going to do inspection on your unit and never does one. I am warning everyone do not rent or try to rent from these scammers. Take your money else where

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS DUMP! We've received a letter from the Riverdale Fire Department, that all of the buildings of Eagles View Apartments will have to be vacated on 3/5/2019, due to several codes violations. Eagles View sent out letters on the next day, requesting that the tenants DISREGARD any notices received from the fire dept. After personally visiting the Riverdale Fire Department, it was confirmed that each tenant will face fines if the premises aren't vacated by the 5th of March. SHAME ON YOU JIMMIE MOOREHEAD, for trying to deceive your tenants!!! Most of us are hard working citizens who trusted you to provide decent housing for our families. We have NO working smoke detectors in our apartment. The smoke detector in the hallway has wires hanging. You will reap what you've sown Mr. Moorehead, tenfold!!! If I were able, I'd post pics! FUTURE TENANTS, RUN!!!

Currently living here and planning to move. This landlord cares nothing about his tenant only money. He has mice, rats,roaches and bedbugs in his units. You ask him to fix anything he gives you the run around. His workers are lazy also... I advise nobody to lease from him at all. And he allows people to sell drugs out of his building. There's so much violence around there

Please don't rent from this realty eagle view Jimmy Moorehead the building are rather and mice infested lots of traffic in our the building drugs dealers coming in the building and all types of people's on drugs ring your bell all the time of night try to get in the building. They are not cleaning up the building they stink on the inside and garbage all around the outside of the building.they don't fix nothing no matter how many times you call or put in a work order.people breaking in your mailbox taking your mail out opening it and placing it on the steps. and they have Ms. Flouynor lying for them all the time..it took them 6 months to get our refund back from them just kept lying and passing the buck. Nothing ever work in those apartments nothing.so don't waste your time looking for another place to pay and lay your head for you and your family.and all the workers except 2 are lazy and half finish the jobs they leave work undone and come back like a month later never ever finish nothing they suppose to do

came looking for a nice apartment and the lady at the front desk was very rude and told me that i looked like a secret review person whatever that means, also she was very demeaning, when i asked her questions she acted like i was bothering her, well i will be taking my money elsewhere. seriously people don't waste your time coming here as it seems they only care about the money!
