One of the most attentive and detail oriented management companies we have worked with. Anytime we call, someone always picks up the phone, if we leave a massage we receive a call within 24hrs. The ladies that I have personally dealt with are very helpful and extremely patient with any changes we ask to be done. Additionally we have had some maintenance issues recently and everything was taken care of asap. Further, this is the only company that is personal with you, as other companies only have answering service. Couldn't be more happy with their service, 10 stars +

Our building has been with this company only for a short time however I do have to say our board is very happy with their service. Extremely supportive ladies, speak more than one language which is very helpful for our HOA. Great communication and problem solving skills.

Terrible experience, they only want to push emails off their desk and do as little as possible. They do not follow laws and do not hold the association board accountable to follow the laws either. Zero notice for water shut off today for one example. Also allow people to break rules. Refuse to repair our budget. Refuse to help improve the community or lower assessments. They'll push for you to hire their family and get upset when you don't. They are RUDE to speak with, argumentative and lie. They do not do what the association asks of them. They instead try to push their duties off onto the board members. They try to avoid holding meetings and push for decisions and votes to be done privately or by email or not voted on at all.

They are on call 24/7, they are organized and responsive, handle emergency situations and any situation with calm and logical thinking. There's no one else that cares this much for their work as much as CK.

Unresponsive to phone calls. Is supposed to be an HOA, but allows owners/tenants to do whatever they want. My driveway is blocked by random people’s cars at least 3 times a day. When I call the tow company, they call CK first and nothing happens. Also, there is a huge flat bed tow truck that has been parked in the visitor space for at least a week. I have called and have not heard back. I would just like to be able to leave my own home at my leisure.
