With regards to my home I have little to no issues. Service is good. With regards to dumpster pickup across the street. 515-530 in the morning is a little too early for any of us. Most of us have very little one who do not need to be awakened at that hour.

We’ve had multiple problems with our truck driver. We have a small dumpster and at first he would get out and physically move our dumpster at every pickup when my husband literally showed him how he could easily backup to it, pick it up, and set it back down without ever having to leave his truck. The driver continued to do it his way and he must’ve thought it was too hard because then our trash was not picked up for a whole month at a time and yet we were still being charged for every two week pickup. FINALLY (after multiple phone calls) a manager contacted us and said he would resolve the issue even if he had to come to our house and show the driver how to properly do it and that he isn’t supposed to be backing up onto a busy highway how he was. For awhile we thought our issues were resolved. Now our driver has backed into our yard two pickups in row after the ground has been very wet causing LARGE ruts in our yard. We have a large rocked driveway that has enough room my husband can easily turn a large gooseneck trailer around in it no problem. Also, he left trash hanging out of the dumpster - willing to let that go maybe he didn’t see it, but making large ruts in our yard TWICE now?! The manager gave us his personal cell number the last issue and told us to contact him directly is any more problems occurred with our driver. We have tried contacting him 4 times and left multiple voicemails and no answer. HIGHLY do NOT recommend waste management especially in the Nashville, IL area if you’re going to get this idiot of driver.

However, with all the snow our trash has not been picked up in two weeks. 1-17-25.
