HAD BATS IN THE APARTMENT I RENTED FROM THEM(even sent proof multiple times) AND NOTHING WAS DONE BUT ENCLOSING THEM INTO THE BUILDING!! Bats came into my apartment multiple times and I always had to be the one to remove them. They were living inside the walls and all they’d do was patch the walls where they’d be trapped in there. The person in the apartment beside me even said she went to the basement to use the washer and dryer and a bat flew out of one when she tried to use it. I could hear them in the walls and i even woke up to one flying over my head. Knowing this, they still upped my rent $75 extra a month after a year of living there. And when I moved out and got $170 out of my over $800 I had put into my deposit for this place. I got this check after the 30 days they were supposed to give it to me. Outside of one reason being valid the only other reason they gave me for choosing this amount was $500 for “general cleaning” when I took days to clean the place. 100% do not recommend.

These people are complete scammers. The most unprofessional and dishonest rental company I have ever came across. They add all kinds of unnecessary charges and treat their tenants like second class citizens. Not to mention the building I lived in for a very short time had bug infestation. STAY AWAY.

Wellco has been awesome to work with. Being brand new to the community, they welcomed me with smiling faces and made me feel as though I was their only client. I had a few maintenance issues and they were handled in both cases in less than 2 hours; even though they were not urgent. I will work with them again without reservation if the need arises. Awesome customer service.

Treated my mother in law VERY poorly. She lived in their property for 30 years and NEVER caused any problems yet is being treated differently. I wouldn't recommend using this company. Choose wisely!

Very happy renter that allowed me to keep my dog when other apartments wouldn't
