I recently moved into Cantwell Crossing 7 months ago, and it truly exceeded my expectations. The apartment is not only comfortable but also incredibly spacious and welcoming. It is also very close to grocery stores and restaurants! The apartment is well maintained, clean, and equipped with all the necessary amenities to make your stay enjoyable. The leasing office is very responsive, Ramah and Hannah always make sure everything is perfect for our stay. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a cozy and convenient place to stay!

Rented 2bd 2b at Northbrooke Commons in Mascoutah IL. Apartment was very comfortable and close to everything. Plenty of parking. Great neighbors! Would rent again if needed. Great staff, thanks for everything Hannah and Ramah!!

Cantwell Crossing was a great place to live for the 5 years our family lived there. The management was really friendly, from our virtual visit (due to moving during COVID) all the way to our moving due to purchasing our own house. Management is available, considerate and on top of any issue brought to them. Maintenance is very responsive and timely. We very much recommend this location for living.

Lived here for 4 years and moved due to new job. Hannah and Ramah were professional and great to work with whenever I had an issue. Spring and summer were rough having to deal with the bugs due to the close proximity of the creek out back and being on the first floor. No major issues during my time there.

As a long-time resident, this community is an amazing place to live! The apartments are spacious and well-kept. It is centrally located to many stores and restaurants, quiet, pet friendly, and everyone is warm and welcoming. Ramah and Hannah are top-notch when it comes to management and offer lots of social events for residents to enjoy. Truly a great place to live.

Lived here for 2 years and only left due to relocation. Very well kept community with great management from Ramah and Hannah. Maintenance is superb and very responsive. Pet friendly, welcoming, and quiet. Hosted plenty of gatherings at the club house with a nice pool and workout room. Sad to leave!

This community is AMAZING! We have never had any issues here. It is a quiet neighborhood with nice neighbors all around. Ramah and Hannah have been amazing for us up at the office. They really make you feel at home and they are quick to get maintenance issues handled (which there haven’t been many). If you are looking for apartment living in the Metro East, this is the place to be. Thank you for a pleasant experience while we were in Illinois.
