John was the absolute BEST to work with. We contacted John over a year ago and told him we were interested in buying timber ground. We never gave him a lot of information to go off of and never gave him a price. We just told him it had to be the right piece of ground. He took his time with us and was never pushy! John was the BEST realtor we could've asked for. Our scenario was not the easiest for us to buy a home, in order to buy one we had to find sellers willing to wait more than 90 days to close due to our circumstances. John was able to help us find the perfect sellers that were willing to wait over 3 months.
