I lived in these townhomes for several years and I’m confident that these are the best rental townhomes in the entire county of Dekalb! The property manager, Tim, takes pride in his work and always keeps the grounds looking nice. He and his team are quick to respond to maintenance requests. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a place to rent for a couple years.

My family and I are looking to rent at Camden and Tim and his family have been truly amazing. He showed my daughter and I his homes, which are stunning. He has been amazing and I think he deserves five stars!

I think the new owners of this place should be investigated for elder abuse, housing discrimination and a few other things. They are more about money than they are making sure their tenants are happy and living in the luxury worth the RIDICULOUS rent they are paying.

Do not call unless you fit the "profile" of what they're looking for in New tenants. The guy on the other line, while attempting to set up a showing, was incredibly rude and disrespectful. We apologize for wasting your time with our inquiries, but just because we do not match your age specifications does not give you the right to talk down to us. If and when we do eventually meet these requirements we are most definitely not going to be taking up residence with your company. The mass majority of other residential communities we inquired about have showed us much more kinder responses than this company, please allow for your staff to work on their delivery of information to potential tenants. Keep in mind, even if you think they do not qualify for such a "Luxury" you should never talk down to anyone as it is makes for poor customer service skills. Thank you.
