Will NOT do business with them again. My parents rented a roll off for 10 days. They called her on day 8 to see if she still needed, she told them it would probably be the next day and she would call them. She hadn't called them as of 11:15am but they sent a truck to get the roll off anyways. They are not professional, I was standing right beside my mom when they called her. So basically, they owe her for the 2 days she didn't have it because they came got it without a phone call. They are liars and this is how they cheat customers. I will not have them for my residential service provider when I take possession of the new house. Beware, this isn't the first I've heard of them doing this stuff after we already had roll off.

Complaint filed with the BBB also.

0/5 but in order to leave a comment they get a 1. We called to get a quote for a contract for a residential dumpster. We were denied due to "road conditions". The guy flat out said "I am not interested". Very unprofessional, and poor customer service. We had semis on our road, down our driveway delivering truses and it is oil and chipped. It was a very poor response, for turning down buisness.

important these are local guys who care about Southern Illinois. They have my law firm and any other businesses I will own for life! The entire team are 10/10 in all regards!

The owner of this company is a real piece of work. Drivers are inexperienced and unprofessional. We tore down a small garage burnt most of it and put the roofing in the dumpster. We also put a set of block steps in the dumpster. Driver refused to pick it up after a half attempt to do so. Owner shows up says we need another 30 yard dumpster to take 1/4 off the first which we did and them they decided we needed to get more off the first. Driver backs up to the dumpster with the bed raised fully and dug the back end of the dumpster deep into the ground. Could have done it better but realize the level of profession is lackin here vs metro area. I would not recommend this service or their drivers. Owner stood yelling at my father who has cancer after we did what he asked.

Was with Republic for a couple years, very bad experience. Drivers would curse, throw are cans in the ditch, over charge us monthly, didn't pick up the recycling that we paid extra for for over a year... HAD to do something. Remember how cool Dax was about renting us a roll off, Decided to go with him for trash service. I am NOT dissapointed Would definitely recommend Southern Waste Containers to everyone.
