My family and I have rented a townhouse in Old Town area of Chicago since 2020. We love this home and the area. Working with RPM (Park Ridge office) has been overall a positive experience. For starters, we are on our third renewal and the leasing rep, Josie for the past two, has been very helpful with facilitating the process between the owners and myself. Any service requests are promptly handled, and the Meld service app is a modern hi tech way to track status of any requests. In a large city like Chicago it can be difficult to combine location, quality of property and if renting, management companies with an overall positive result. In our case, we were able to do this. Recommended.
