This is the worst unprofessional association to deal with. As a real estate broker having dealt with them on different locations they do not respond do not return calls do not answer emails you call several different numbers they all go to voicemail no one ever gets back to you if selling you are in a pickle to receive any paperwork needed for your closing we delayed 2 weeks because and then had to wait to because the department was moving that day as no one could provide anything.

Nothing is worth including the words "management solutions" for this awful company. This association brings financial problem after financial problem, angering its customers with a lack of decent dialogue, which includes shared decision-making and engaging in reason with regard to the financial decisions it imposes. Everyone should run away from this company and FIND A DIFFERENT ONE. These people do not have you in their best interest!! THEY CHASE AFTER THE MONEY! 💰

During the switch from Rowcal to Park Management someone did not record my last payment before they switched over management companies. Now Park Management is trying to come after me for the payment they did not receive from Rowcal. Rowcal most likely cashed my money order and since it was a money order they probably never recorded it in their system at the time Park Management came in to replace Rowcal. All I know is I am not making double payments and I will see them in small claims court before I give it to paying twice!

They charged me over $200 in emergency call fees yet did nothing for months about the ongoing leak in my unit caused by the upstairs neighbors. They then started issuing a warning to the other residents that emergency calls would be charged back to them but didn't provide me the same courtesy even though I had issues not being dealt with. They don't return calls in a timely manner if ever. Horrible management company. Looking into filing a lawsuit.
