AE Landscape Borders recently installed a beautiful border around our house, evergreen tree and flagpole and we love it! They were so professional and took the time to address all of our concerns, explain the process, map out the design and make sure we were satisfied before they left. They cleaned up everything and told us how to care for it for the first seven days. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a maintenance free landscape border!

The sales process was very good. Cameron came out to my home and explained the process and pricing very well. No hidden fees and felt pricing for product was reasonable. Crew showed up when expected and crew lead Cody walked my property to ensure edging is going where expected and the customer is getting exactly what they want. The whole crew is very polite and professional. The process is very quick and the project was completed in no time. There is a bit of clean up afterwards for the homeowner-raking up some concrete chunks but I am a bit of a perfectionist. The end result is great and worth every dollar spent.

George and the AE team were easy to communicate with. We went through the estimate, details, and pricing. He had great suggestions for the border installation. Looking forward for the crew to do the job upcoming May. I also look forward to working with the AE company upcoming fall for another border project i have in my mind for my yard. Will post the pictures of before and after when the work is complete.

We had our borders installed this week. Let me preface by saying the crew was awesome and very professional. I do believe the schedulers did them a disservice by scheduling our job after a morning job that same day. The crew arrived around 1-1:30 and did not stop working until the job was completed and it was dark out, around 9:00pm. They worked thru extreme heat and humidity too.

Due to them trying to beat the sun from setting, they were sloppy and left excessive amounts of concrete in the grass, even in areas far from the edging. I’ve been picking up concrete from the yard the last several days and areas of grass are already dying.

We were supposed to get 2 coats of sealant but never saw a second coat get applied. Some areas of the concrete border appear to be blotchy and dry.

Our yard prior to the install was mostly green and plush throughout. I really thought that adding the borders would bring our yard to a whole new level but now our yard looks like crap with nice borders. We are definitely second guessing our decision to have this done.

I reached out to the owner but have yet to get a response. Nobody from AE followed up after the job was completed either.

Again, the crew was awesome but due to time constraints I think some corners were cut and more of a mess was made than usual.

Update…
AE sent out a crew the next week to do some cleanup and add the 2nd coat of sealant. Still had lots of unnecessary areas of grass that were killed off due to excessive concrete dropped throughout. AE at least tried to get things right and the edging looks amazing.

Representatives were very personable and knowledgeable. They were able to answer my questions, explain the product and show me what they were able to do to improve my existing curbing that has broken and sunk into the ground over time. I am pleased with the experience from the sales team and I look forward to being just as pleased with the curbing.

George came out and gave me an estimate. Very nice guy. Other then that nothing not going to happen until Early May. This is the updated pictures. Sean and his crew came out yesterday and did a wonderful job. They real care that the Customer gets exactly what they want. They walk through the yard with you, before they even start the job. I personally don’t think the pictures does it justice. Very happy from start to finish. They cleaned up the yard and street, never would’ve known they were there. Thank you to the hard working crew. My wife loved so much she wish we had a bigger yard.Wayne Johnson
