Bought a used zero turn mower from them, asked them to give it a complete service top to bottom before it left their shop to make sure everything was good on it. Got it delivered to the house and it ran TWO hours before the motor completely blew on it. They ended up refunding me the cost of the mower but the additional $700 service i paid them to do to make sure it was in good running order they refused to refund me. Essentially I paid $700 to mow my grass twice. Avoid this place

Aaron and the rest of the service department always treat us excellent. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I wish I could give them more stars. They provide us with onsite service as well. This team is awesome

The team at AHW Manteno were extremely helpful and professional to me - 5 stars!. I am a banker in Chicago and at the beginning of this year knew I needed a tractor for improving my hunting land in N. Michigan but honestly had no clue on what equipment I actually needed. I contacted Jason Schneider and spent many hours with him getting educated on what would best serve my needs. I appreciated his patience and knowledge, resulting in the best set up for me. Aaron and team also helped at different stages and I would definitely recommend anyone to make the drive to Manteno for all your JD equipment needs. First class and always helpful. To scheduled an appointment took 3 weeks. Then was canceled on the day Carl was supposed to come, I called to confirm if he was coming. It took another two another 2 weeks. When he came was earlier then my appointment was scheduled. Glad we were home. My new tractor decide to work on that day nothing was wrong. But before had to give cables to start.

This is The Place to go if you have want to get a John Deere or need service parts for your tractor. The show room is clean and the staff at the service counter are really helpful and friendly people. They were very helpful to me when I was last here and prevented me from making an error in my most recent purchase. I recommend AHW for your John Deere needs.
